Mondo is proud to kick off 2021 by offering two new collaborations with their UK friends at Black Dragon Press.

Nicolas Delort’s art direction in our previous Tarkovsky posters was just about perfect, so we had to ask him to return for the latest poster in the series, NOSTALGHIA, Tarkovsky’s study of homesickness. Delort’s masterful use of composition really shines through in this appropriately beautiful and elegant poster.
NOSTALGHIA is an 18″x24″ screenprint in an edition of 200 and will go on sale simultaneously from Mondo and Black Dragon Press tomorrow, Tuesday 1/12 at 11am central time / 5pm UK time.
These posters from artists Nicolas Delort and Zi Xu both pay homage to films by giants of world cinema: Andrei Tarkovsky’s NOSTALGHIA and Carl Theodore Dreyer’s THE PASSION OF JOAN OF ARC.
THE PASSION OF JOAN OF ARC comes in both US and UK editions. Black Dragon Press‘s UK variant from an edition of 50, and Mondo’s US red variant, also from an edition of 50. Both will go on sale simultaneously from Mondo’s shop and Black Dragon’s tomorrow, Tuesday 1/12 at 11am central time / 5pm UK time.
