To ensure that customers can purchase official ThreeA / Threezero products. Starting from DLX Bumblebee, there will be an Anti-Counterfeit Label on every ThreeA/Threezero product’s packaging box and a Warranty Sheet containing a unique serial number will be included.
You need to e-mail a copy of the completed Warranty Sheet and order receipt to [email protected] within 14 days upon receipt of product. A confirmation e-mail will be sent shortly and 1-year-warranty period will start from the day the confirmation e-mail sent. ThreeA / Threezero will try its best to provide after-sales services for customers within the warranty period.
