Pocket Watch Press invites us to discover Area 51: The Helix Project

The writer Trevor Fernandes-Lenkiewicz, along with talented artist Marcelo Salaza and colorist Marcio Freire have teamed up to bring to life Area 51: The Helix Project, an original 6-issue mini-series. Continue with us to discover all the details of this new comic.

In Area 51: The Helix Project we will take a wild ride from the streets of 70s New York to the depths of Area 51. The Helix Project test subjects are housed: a military program that uses surgical grafts and transplants cells of foreign DNA to allow US soldiers to manipulate their genetic structures at the molecular level.

With the Cold War looming over the world and with no end in sight, the success of this operation could give the United States government the power to eliminate the U.S.S.R. of the world stage.

The big question from Area 51: The Helix Project is at what cost does all this happen? and What is REALLY going on here?

In this story we will follow our young protagonist, Kent, as he tries to navigate the world without purpose, without hope and without a role model.

The Armstrong family has done their best to keep a low profile and hide from the potential hostility of their family secret; But when a mysterious message reaches Kent while he’s at his lowest ebb, we’re shot deep into the conspiracy surrounding Area 51.
