Hellbound Slant 6 is written and illustrated by Ken Carlson. At the start of issue #1 Danielle was just a regular rocker-chick working as a roadie for a heavy metal concert tour. After receiving a call that her mother was dying, Danielle left her job to be with her mom at the end. Racing through the desert in her Panther Pink 1971 Dodge Demon (Slant 6 under the hood), Danielle experiences what she believes are a series of macabre hallucinations. Turns out – she’s in HELL.

Over the course of the series, Danielle discovers that she’s a pawn of Satan, manipulated to help reclaim his throne from an ancient rival, another fallen angel by the name of Lak’Ash. At the end of issue #4 it looks like all is lost for Danielle’s quest to get home to her mother. Lak’Ash has defeated his adversary and taken control of the mystical axe containing the soul of Cain. The conclusion of Danielle’s journey in Hellbound Slant 6 #5 will shake the foundations of Heaven and Hell.

This is it, the end of HELLBOUND SLANT 6! What will become of Danielle, Satan, Aithen Dodge, Lak’Ash, and Aleister Crowley? There’s only one way to find out, and that’s to back the final issue, on kickstarter!
