As every tuesday, NECA celebrates their “Turtle Tuesday” and today an especial guest took over their Instagram to hype the community and announce a brand new figure that is in the works for their TMNT 1990 line.
Yes!, the one and only Judith Hoag has taken over NECA´s Instagram , and she has taken advantage to do several livestreams where she interacted with the community where a big bomb was dropped. April O’Neil will have her own exclusive figure, based on the 1990 TMNT movie.
In an official statement NECA and Hoag said: “The deal got sealed when #necaofficial explained their new way of handling internet bots and agreed to a presale for my fans so you get the first shot at the new#og #apriloneil #actionfigure (details all about that soon!) AND – said YES to letting me take you w/me to shoot as a series – which means you get to go inside NECA and see how an action figure goes from A-Z and I’ll be your host! Trust me-I’ll be #fangirling right along with you!”
During one of the official announcement, Hoag exclusively requested participation of the community for the development of the action figure and every step will be recorded on her official youtube channel.
