Music Weekly: The Art of Soundtracks Book Release

This week is the official release of Mondo and Death Waltz’s first book – aptly titled THE ART OF SOUNDTRACKS. In collaboration with our friends at Insight Editions, we have curated a selection of our favorite albums from the last 10 years (can you believe our labels are almost 10 years old!?) and put them together into a beautiful hardbound book, with an intro by Michael Giacchino, and an oral history by Todd Gilchrist.

To celebrate the book’s release, we’ll be welcoming Matt Kessler of TOO MANY RECORDS fame to hang out on our Instagram page this Wednesday at 5:30 PM CT. He’ll be hosting a live chat on Instagram Live, with both Spencer and Mo (and we may even give a couple of books away), so prime up the good questions for us, please. (Yes, THAT THING YOU DO is still coming soon, and Spencer is still not entirely convinced about releasing THE ROCK).
